Armed Forces Day takes place on Saturday 30th June 2012 to raise public awareness of the contribution made to our country by those who serve and have served in Her Majesty's Armed Forces. Armed Forces Day gives the nation an opportunity to show their support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community.
The National Armed Forces Day Event 2012 will be held in Plymouth, but there are many more events up and down the country being held in support of Armed Forces Day. Your support for the Armed Forces provides a much valued morale boost for the troops and their families.
Across the country people are getting involved: communities hold local events and businesses show their support.
