Transport for London contract success
05 Dec 2011

Castlerock have the pleasure of announcing we will be one of the only two suppliers to provide ‘Transport for London’ with all its requirements for customer information assistants. This will be for a three year period and will include extra support during the London 2011 Olympic Games.
TFL is the local government body responsible for implementing the transport strategy and managing the transport services across London. The London Underground is responsible for running London’s underground rail network and managing the provision of maintenance services by the private sector.
The Customer Information Assistants provided by Castlerock will act as the public face of London Underground. Working alongside station staff, they will deliver friendly and knowledgeable advice to assist customers with their journeys and advise alternative routes due to station closures.
This contract is fantastic news and represents an excellent opportunity for CRG to expand current sites in Central London due to the size of the tube network and extend our presence in the South.
If you are self motivated, have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent verbal communication skills we would love to hear from you regarding a Customer Information Assistant role.
