RGN (Band 5) for Bank Shifts

Company:

Castlerock Recruitment Group are recruiting registered nurses to work within a local NHS hospital, providing cover on medical, surgical, A&E and ITU units.

Role:

The post holder will have 2-5 years post registration experience and be responsible for planning, assessing, implementing and evaluating patient care without supervision.  Responsibilities include: maintaining high standards of patient care, work within own level of competence with reference to the NMC, undertake mandatory assessmens and training, including: drug administration, care of CVADS, equipment training and ILS, dressings, drugs & minor injuries.

Person:

Essential:

- Must hold a valid NMC pin

- At least 2-5 years post registration experience.

- Demonstrate both written and IT literacy.

- Previous UK hospital or NHS experience.

Desirable:

- Car driver

- Experience within the NHS in similar wards/units
