Castlerock Homecare are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the indpendent regulator of health and social care in England, so you can be sure our home care services meet the essential standards of quality and safety. All our homecare workers undertake a full induction and training programme before they start work, and are trained to use hoists and other equipment to help with your your mobility and ability to get around. They also undergo extensive food hygiene and first aid training. For your peace of mind, we require 2 written references from applicants who want to work for Castlerock Homecare, and also check with the Criminal Records Bureau to make sure that they are safe and suitable to provide care for you in your home.

We also have specialist staff who areable to provide home care for people with dementia, acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities such as autism.
